Create User Wizard Issue

Having an issue with the adding a field Name to the create user wizard. I want to write the new field called name to the aspnet_Membership.Comment field.  The wizard runs correctly and the new user is created but the script is not writing to the comment field. Can anyone help. Here is the page:
