I have a bunch of custom configuration sections and would like to move them to a custom config file located in the same directory as Machine.config.
WebConfigurationManager.OpenWebConfiguration only accepts virtual paths which isn't a good option for me.
Can anyone tell me how to open this file from a different drive?
