retrive data from sql tqble to gridview item template.

Hi,
   I have a gridview that I have binded it to sql table(having 100 rows and 35 column). I have added TextBox as itemTemplate to the gridview with same heder text as the sql table have. I want to show the sql data from each column to these textboxes. How can it possible. I have tried   Text=<%# Bind=("D1")%> to the textbox.(where 'D1' is the column name) but error comes "No method for 'D1'." plz help
