IIS and SSL access problem

Hi All,
I need ur help desperately. I hav an ASP.NET website. It works fine on development IIS server. I have few logos on login screen and few JS used there. So i have kept anonymous access for those folders. But on few QA machines the pictures do not download and JS too. I know it is an access (settings) problem can you guide me how to set IIS for this.


Also, we have enabled SSL. So i have written the redirection code in global.asax it works well if the HTTP (not HTTPS) port is 80. but if i use any other HTTP port say 90 i do not redirect. Whats wrong :(.
