Problem to send data from socket connection.

Good afternoon everyone,
My name is jonathan, I need for my project to create a web form and another program which send to my web form some data thanks to socket connection. But I have a little problem, when I want to send data I use this function :
byte[] MessageToSend = Encoding.ASCII.GetBytes(Name + "+" + value.Next(1, 100) + "+" + state + "+" + RandomNumberCreation()[]);  But the but I don't know how I can send my random number, a function in my program create 5 random number and stoked them in a variable. I have an error here :          RandomNumberCreation()[]);              I don't know how to send it correctly.
