Asp.net 3.5 page adding to a existing asp.net 2.0 project

Is possible when adding a asp.net 3.5 page to an existing asp.net 2.0 web project ?
Because I created a web site in asp.net 2.0. For some upgradation, I want to add asp.net 3.5 page to the project.
