basic question I cant find the answer to

Normal 0 So I'm very familiar with XHTML and CSS, but ASP is new to me.  I'm trying to create a link that initiates a download prompt (the save as box)for a Quicktime movie file.  I've found a couple solutions to this problem using ASP, and so I have been trying to teach myself how to use this language.  After reviewing countless online tutorials I still can't seem to get past the first step, getting an ASP page to render properly.  I've downloaded Microsoft ASP.NET MVC 1.0 and Internet Information Services 7, but have no idea how to use either.  Do I have to somehow install something to my yahoo server in order to properly run ASP pages?  Any help would be much appreciated.  ...
