application can't find file in App_Data folder

 Hi =)
 
I'm using a link to access some files in my App_Data folder but it says that the application couldn't find the specified file.
I saw its virtual path in IIS and it's correct in my code, besides i certified that the file is really there.
What am I doing wrong?
