TextBox.Text Cannot Set HtmlTab? Help me please!

Hi,I had a textbox,and I want it can set HtmlTab  to TextProperty.
like that:
                         TextBox1.Text = "This is <span style='color:red'>mylab</span>"
result:
                          This is mylab
