Hello All,
I have a grid that is bind to the DataView. Please see the code below. My grid changes based on the selected item in the dropdown.
Everything seem to be working fine here but I have a performance issue here. It takes about 5-6 seconds to load the gird and I only have 400 users.
What am I missing here? Any ideas on how to improve the code?
