how to design web form to display the list of things based on groups?

Hi All,

I need to display the list of permission based on the group they belong. Let me give the specification clearly.I have 5 groups namely accounts,maintenance,security,operations,administrations. Each group has different  set of permissions  like add,delete,canedit,update,assign etc...each of these set of permissions are represented as checkbox. For this above requirements i have designed the form as below (shown only for 2 groups) . note that set of permissions are different for all the groups.

panel 1 :Accounts

Edit check box1  delete checkbox2

update checkbox3 add checkbox4

panel 2 Maintenance

canread check box1  canview checkbox2

canupate checkbox3 canchange checkbox4

all the groups will appear in the same web form. Further to this all the data field values are set from database not hard coded. Can some one give me suggestion how to design this requirem ...
