I've noticed that if I set IE Security setting to "High" it will prevent events from firing such as a DropDownList AutoPostBack. I don't really have a problem with this behavior, but what I would like to do is be able to check for "high" security setting so that I can provide the end user with an understanding and/or opportunity to correct (rather than them banging on a paget that just doesn't work).
I've tried using the following:
System.Web.HttpBrowserCapabilities = Request.Browser() but that does seem to report an property that would help me identify a "high" security setting on the end user's browser.
Any suggestions?
Thanks, Rob.
