Problem with Bitmap in Codebehind

I having this code:
string FilePath =HttpContext.Current.Server.MapPath("~/tlo.jpg");
              Bitmap bitMapImage = new System.Drawing.Bitmap(FilePath);
I dunno why i having this error:
System.ArgumentException: The parameter is incorrect
Some1 have any idy why???
