Add item to DropDownBox, and place it above as first item.

I bound a DropDownBox, and lateron added a manual item to it. called "all".
But "all" is on the buttom of the dropdownbox, i like to place it as first, because it is selected by default.
So if you press the button you need to scroll up for the first item of the alphabeth, so thats not very nice.
