Allow Duplicate UserName in the aspnet_Users table

I'd like to allow duplicate user names in the CreateUserWizard control.  Any ideas on how to do this?

It seems that UserName is not an identify attribute in the aspnet_Users table and I plan to design my Login.aspx page to authenticate using email address and password.
