Im thinking of the make a web form, that user can modify the Payment Date. Let's say, user can set a day of payment date in that web form. As a result, when day in the current date equal to day of payment date those has been setup earlier, system will doing a submission.
Example, current date is 13 Apr 2009. User defined a day for payment date is every on the day of 30. There's no problem of submission task, if current date will move to 30 Apr 2009, 30 May 2009, 30 June 2009, 30 July 2009 and so on. For sure, current date will moving to 28 Feb 2010 and no such thing of 30 Feb 2009.
How to design my web form, that system also successfull will doing a submission on 28 Feb 2010, even user has been setup every on the day of 30, system will doing a submission.
Please advice.
