how to pass parameter in hyperlink

I would like to know how to pass parameter in hyperlink
My code : <asp:hyperlink NavigateUrl="First.aspx" ......>

How can I pass parameter in hyperlink ? I don't want to use this code :
response.redirect?id= " & textbox1.text


For example, I have one hyperlink to go to another page and I have a textbox which I will pass the value of the textbox to another page
so,what is the code ?
