Apologies if this is in the wrong section, but I basically have a page whereby the user inputs some text into a text box, and then presses send, and then the system send's the string from the text box and stores it into a database table as a varchar. However, I get problems whenever a user uses an apostrophe or a quotation within their string of text...eg
User writes: This is a great message <---------This message works fine
User writes: They're not here right now <-------------This message doesn't work
I understand why this error comes about, but can someone please tell me how I can overcome it?
