simple Jquery Help

Hi All,
I have a <div> inside the <div> I have a grid view with edit button . Now What I am trying to do is
if someone clicks the
 
fragment-2  with a class Test I want to display alert.
 
$(function() {
                $('#fragment-2').hasclass('Test').click(function() {
                    alert('Hi');
                });
Above code did n't work for me.
