Array value enclosed in delimiters "//"

Hi,
I want to get the values of an array into a string variable.
but m getting dat value enclosed in delimiters "/ /".
If u see in the array the values is not enclosed in that delimiter but as soon as i assign that value to a string variable it displays that enclosed...
Sample Code is provided below:
string srcpath=attr["SRC"].ToString();  
And attr["SRC"]  has value:{"D:\tuckered.jpg"}
M getting srcpath's value as "\"D:\\tuckered.jpg\""
 
 
How to get rid of the problem..?
