I am not sure if this is the right group to ask.
I am developing a ASP.NET application and have the following tasks to achieve:
- we have a client desktop application to send a message(via tcp) to a .NET service
- .NET service can access the database
- .NET service send a message (or whatever form) to a ASP.NET server
- in turn ASP.NET server send a message to all connected browsers
- all connected browsers received this message and notify the 'user' by flashing the text or make a button visible on the web form
- there is 1 web form only in this ASP.NET
- 'users' click on the button (get data from database done by ASP.NET)
- browser will be refreshed with updated data (AJAX)

Does it make sense and/or doable?

Thanks
