change title of pop-up window

Hiiiiiiiiiii..


i am using following code to open pop-up  window


  var newWin = window.open ("searchjob.aspx", "Search
jobs", "width=200px,height=200px");


 But, the title comes as localhost.... and not as Search jobs...why
is that?
 


Can i use ModalDialog as a replacement of pop up ?????? But, after i click
window i did not find showModalDialog()


in drop down list...
