Create new folder on user registration

Hi, im using the create wizard to create users, and i would like to know, how could create a directory for the just registered user, depending on their username.

So for example, i used the createwizard to register as "Tom", when the users has successfully been created, it would automatically add a folder, so for example, /Tom/

Im sure this can be made by editing the createwizard's create user event handler, but just not too sure of the code to use.

Im going for this approach since its more neater, as i when users upload files etc etc, it will upload into the file with their username.

So could anyone give me the code to do this?
