I created a code behind file for my Global.asax file.
<%@ Application Language="C#" CodeBehind="Global.asax.cs" Inherits="_Global" %>
Why is it that the _Global class cant be loaded when its in the root directory. It can only load when i place it int he App_Code folder. Why cant it be in the root like code behind files for aspx files?
