Can't multiply int by int and get a decimal (0,00)

Hi there,
I have two int in my applicantion and I want multiply and share by 100. This number can be like 7,5 but my decimal result member always save just 7.
How can I deal with this question?
Ex.:
decimal result = 0;
decimal a = 15;
decimal b = 50;
result = (a*b)/100;
