Hello i've created a simple asp.net app which uses CAPICom.dll and as i read in the forums i copyed the capicom.dll into the system32 folder and then run regsvr32.exe capicom.dll which give me message that the dll was registreted.
When i run in debug mode there is no problem and everything works fine. But when i run it from my IIS server i get the following error:
Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {9171C115-7DD9-46BA-B1E5-0ED50AFFC1B8} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)).
the logic behind the site is following:
CAPICOM.Certificate cert = new CAPICOM.Certificate();
and i really can't understand why it continues to throw this error after i register the dll from regsvr32.exe so please heelp me :(((
