Access dynamically textbox value

 Hi,

I am having problem in accessing  dynamically created textbox.

I am using master page.
thus created textbox id is 
ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_txtWell2
even if i hard code,i am unable to retrieve.

Thru findcontrol method.
