I am facing a problem, where I have to display the images from the server file system. The scenario is like this...
My web application resides in "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\Sitename\" folder. But we are storing the images in different drive. the path of the drive is "D:\Images\Logo\".
So I need to display the images in my website. When I use Request.PhysicalApplicationPath or Server.MapPath("fiepath"), it is taking the web site deployment path, that is "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\Sitename\/Images/logo" . But we don't want to store the images in this path, because our Server C: Drive capacity is very less.
Please suggest the solution for my problem. Please provide some sample code or the reference links if you have any solution.
