Dynamically inserting tags into form....PayPal integration

I am trying to integrate PayPal's Website Payment Standard into our very basic e-commerce website.


Paypal requires a <form> tag set to Post to a paypal webpage, and within this form there must be several <input type="hidden"> tags, relating to the item(s) in the shopping cart.  Here is a sample code from Paypal:
