Database cannot be upgrade from 2005-2008 because it is read-only or has read-only files. Make the database or files writeable, and rerun recovery.

Hello,
 I have made a project for windows 7(64-bit) after installation when i start the project an error is coming........"Database cannot be upgraded because it is read-only or has read-only files. Make sure the database or Files writable and rerun recovery".
If anyone know the solution Plz help me out of this.
