Hoping someone has run into this. I cannot figure it out. I decided to encrypt the ID of record so a user can fill out a form from a link in their email. I then decrypt the querystring ID when return which works great.

Problem:

For some reason, Outlook client converts this link into a outbound:// (bunch random characters) /site/evaluation.aspx?evalCode=88sWHsGVbgYz/1cFiOUJ7g==

When sent to Gmail or Hotmail, the service does not convert this and appears correct: http://www.domain.com/evaluation.aspx?evalCode=88sWHsGVbgYz/1cFiOUJ7g==
Appears to be Outlook problem. I need help understanding how to send this out using
System.Web.Mail;

I've been tweaking my email to try to resolve it but no luck. Looking for some help. Any ideas? What mechanism converts this in outlook?
