Previously I have used Response.Write method to write the html texts to page. Is there a simpler and faster way to do the same alternatively? My page basically passes id to the logic which fetches data from DB. Then the field data is analyzed for a single record and HTML needs to be generated. Which then should be written to page. Instead in-page 'if' statements, I wanted to just pass the id to existing function and the return string should be the generated html. Is there a recommended way to do the same in a better fashion?
