Hyperlink not clickable

I'm use DevExpress tool for my web. And here is my code:
<dx:ASPxHyperLink ID="hplBooking" runat="server" Text="Booking" NavigateUrl='<%#  Eval("TL_Id","Details.aspx?Id={0}") %>' Cursor="pointer" ></dx:ASPxHyperLink> When i run my web. i can't click in this link. Anybody give me some advice? Thank you
