how to take financial year like 2009 - 10

hi all,
       I need a financial year for mat like 2009-10.
I am doing like this..
lblYear.Text = DateTime.Now.Year.ToString() +"-"+ (int.Parse(DateTime.Now.ToString("yy")) + 1).ToString();
it's working fine.
but here in I financial year from month March to April, but the upper code changes finacial year on 1st January.
I need to be make this update on 1st April.
can you please make chages
