I am using windows authentication in my application.
I am using a development server named "server1" and a local windows user "localuser" to develop my application.
To test the application I am using a client machine. On this machine, I am logged on to a domain called "domain1" and user "domainuser".
Now, in my LOGON_USER, AUTH_USER and REMOTE_USER server variables should have values "domain1\domainuser". Am I correct?
But the values I am seeing is "server1\localuser" and due to this my authentication fails.
Can someone tell me what could be wrong here?
PS: This has started happening since yesterday. The day when I changed my "domainuser" password. Can this be someone corrupting things?
Am clueless, any ideas are welcome.
