Are class variables user-specific like session variables?

I have a website in which a user can create a bunch of projects and share them around with other users. It's all a bunch of information that I store in one defined class entitled "C_UserInfo." In that "C_UserInfo" class I have a bunch of arraylists and such to store that data.
Now, I made a new class under system.data entitled "Projects" and a variable in that class that I defined as plublic and shared. This is also where the "C_UserInfo" class is stored.
