Software used: Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate - SQL Server 2008 - published to IIS7
I have a web form that is written in HTML. I have the database setup ready to receive the data from the form. I need to know how to connect the two. Basically when the user inserts data into the various text boxes when they click the submit button, it should trigger the insert query:
Example:
(INSERT INTO table name (name, phone, email) VALUES ($_Post[name], $_Post[phone], $_Post[email]);
I have Googled everything under the sun and cannot get the answer to do it. Any help would be grateful. I can post my code to look at if that would help.
