In our application, we are requied to transfer large number of video files from client to server. The requirement also need to support resume upload if there is a network failure during the upload.
We are thinking of using either BITS or WCF chunking for this purpose. Please let me know if anyone has tried thisand provide the comparison b/w the two technologies.
