Checkboxlist with C#

Hi i have one checkboxlist contains->Add,Edit,View,Editall,if i select Add,edit,editall...it must be added to the database..if one is unchecked it must not be added..i m working for C# .net with asp.net design..code must be in C3..i m really new to C#..i don have idea of how to implement..anybody pls?..
