We have two application that run on our website that send us emails. One is obviously a feedback form, to allow users to write into us. The other is a profile update, users go in, update their profile, some information is emailed to customer service.
The issue is that every so often we get a bounce back DELIVERY FAILURE: 554 Policy violation. BUT there's no other errors reported in the bounce back. It gives me status 5.5.0 which I've looked up and its a very general status apparently. Has anyone else ever encountered this with asp.net application?OR any resources you can direct me too? I've tried looking at the site http://systemwebmail.com but couldn't find anything specific to my issue. I've already checked our relay, which seems to be ok because most emails go through fine.
