I have read tons of threads about this error but none solved my issue
1) server is win 2008 + iis7
2) Windows authentication has been enabled and it is the only one enabled also this feature has been verified installed
3) Negotiate, NTML is Anuthentication Provider
4) I give root folder a everyone every access permission
5) my browser uses proxy, but I have tried no use proxy I still get the same error
6) I did enable tracing rule and I get a warning
