I've created a survey form which dynamically creates a radiobuttonlist or textbox (depending on the question) and places it in a placeholder within a repeater. It displays correctly, but I am having issues retrieving the answers when the form is submitted. I get the dreaded "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." error. Here's the code.
