I would like to write a program by VB.NET to generate a report and send it by email. This program will run for every two hours triggered by Windows scheduler. Besides, this program also need to publish in web with ASP.NET interface. This program will have input parameters. For batch process, a calling program will pass the parameters to this program. For the ASP.NET interface, web user will input the parameters by themselves.
Is the above task achievable? What is the best way to do it.
