List upload in sql server 2005 using C#

Hi,

      I get a list of data in a comma delimited file with 4 million data. I go through some cleaning like deduping, address standardization using a software and once I am done with that, my list comes down to about 3 million. Then, I am supposed to write a small app where a person goes in and with a button, uploads it to a table in sql server 2005. I can use a file upload control to grab the file but how would I save that to a table? Is it something that I need to create a table with the number of rows the list has or could I just create a table in the runtime? Could somebody guide me on how to save a file of any type to a sql server 2005 using C#.
