Hi, I have a dropdown list control and say i have 5 values (items) in it. Choose ColorRedBlueOrangeYelloWhen the page loads, the default item selected is Choose ColorWhen a user clicks on the control and selects a color : I do some processing. however the user can then not like it and choose a different color. Desired outcome : once the user clicks on the dropdown control I want to disable (but not remove from the list) Item 0 which is "Choose Color". This means it still shows in there but is not selectable. any pointers ? thanx in advance . ...
