Hello,
I have a C# (.NET 2.0) web application that will have a wide user base. Not all of the users will need or should be able to perform all the functionality that the application provides. I propose to limit some of the actual methods they can run using AzMan, but can I selectively administer which web controls a specific user can see? For example, I don't want the team secretary being able to see the sale price of a product to a specific customer, but they may need to view the contact details of that customer and the other product details. I guess I could put all the sensitive controls/data on a separate page and only allow access to that page to authorized users, but the same problem exists in how I show the link to that page as I wouldn't want the secretary to even see the link if possible.
Any thoughts?
Mike
