Problem with Membership website deplyement!!

For practice, I had created a website using viusal studio 2005 and sql express for Membership Provider for security.

It works fine with debug mode, but not when I copy the folder to IIS and give a Vertual directory name.

Any Idea, Do i need to do any changes to work?
