I have this Mortage calculator but I couldn't get the Loan Amount correctly when I use the PPMT method.
These are the data available.
Monthly: 360
Rate% (yr): 1.83
Months: 12
Loan Amount: xxx?
Dim Result As Double = PPmt(1.83, 12, 360) 'expected result is 4277.48
