Password Recovery

I have the password recovery and emailing working in my application. Is there a setting that I can use so the returned password is just the users original password, not a new password made up of a jumbled set of characters. I know that this is probably more secure, but my users would probably prefer to sacrifice a little security to avoid resetting their passwords all the time.
