Datakey field in a gridview

Hi all,

I have a gridview which represents employee details. For the gridview I have a datakey field "EmployeeId".

Whenever I see the source of the page in the browser (Right click >> ViewSource) some of the control Ids are as shown below : (108,112 are employee ids)

ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_grdEmployee_ctl112_lnkEmployeeName

ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_grdEmployee_ctl108_lnkEmployeeName

My question is will it be a security issue to dislpay the Ids? How can I make it not to show the actual ids?
